Any body know about "EDISON" used for managing ideas in ppm?
If any one can provide links and information then will be useful for me

Edison is SAP's idea management tool succeeding PD which is schedule to be discontinued. If you have used PD (or xPD), the concept is the same... there has been significant user interface changes and is much more intuitive and user friendly. Also when comparing the with PD, Edison only has the "Idea Management" part. Concept support is available in PPM 5.0. So in a nutshell using Edison you can create ideation sessions (targeted ideations), classifiy and evaluate them similar to PD and move it to your portfolio.
I believe edison is currently in "early adoption" and not generally available.

Edison is in what SAP calls "early adoption" phase. What you can do is sign up as an early adoption customer (similar to ramp-up). The difference between early adoption and ramp-up is that there is no guarantee that the module will be made generally available, however, you can co-innovate with SAP and potentially influence product design.
