viewing trip data from FI

Is it possible to view trip data or a trip summary, directly from FI/CO. I've tried to use document environment-> orginal document, but I get an error saying the company code for the travel document is not defined. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi,

It is not possible to view trip details from FI/CO. Only invoices can be viewed from FI/CO and trip summary.

Can you please explain how a trip summary can be viewed from the FI/CO side? Is it via an attachment to the FI/CO doc., or is there a drill back capability?

I am not sure of your requirement. Let me give you some basic reports which would help you in viewing details of the trip.

S_AHR_61016401 - General Trip Data/Trip Totals

S_AHR_61016402 - Trip Receipts

S_AHR_61016405 - General Trip Data/Totals/Receipts/Cost Assignment

Or if you wanted to create your own customized report, then you can fetch details with the below tables.

FTPT_REQUEST = General Trip Data - Item Level Details.

PTRV_HEAD = Trip Data

PTRV_PERIO = Approval Details

PTRV_SREC = Receipt Details

PTRV_SADD.
