CUP 5.3 password reset email address

Hi all,

we have some users having multiple email addresses maintained in SU01. The valid one is marked with the "default" flag.

However the CUP password self service will always send the new password to the first email address, ignoring where the "default" flag is.

Can we somehow maintain this, is there a workaround so that the current address will be used, not the first one?

Hello Daniela,

Did you check account at UME? Which mail set there?

To check it go to http://<server>:5<inst#>00/useradmin
