Hello all, I am working in SRM 7.0 with a classic scenario and I want to activate one step approval for all shopping carts and confirmations that we create in SRM.
How can I do it?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Perform the following configuration..
Activate Sample BC Sets for Process Level Definition
Sample BC Set : /SAPSRM/C_SC_600_001_SP04
IMG path - SRM Server -> Cross - Application Basic Settings -> Business Workflow -> Process - Controlles Workflow -> Business Process Configuration -> Activate Sample BC Sets for Process Level Definition
Thanks!!

Hello, can I use other form? I don´t want to use BC sets because for shopping carts for example I need that one type of shopping cart has 2 step approval and other 1 step approval. Can I do it with BC sets?
BC sets generates work items same as other approval processes?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Yes. You can define your process step manually looking at sample setting. BCSet is a just sample, manually created by SAP.
Go to SPRO transaction.
SRM -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Business Workflow -> Process-Controlled Workflow -> Business Process Configuration -> Define Process Levels.

Hi,
Please go to SPRO transaction.
SRM -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Business Workflow -> Process-Controlled Workflow -> Business Process Configuration -> Define Process Levels.
You see 1 step approval example from BCSet. You can add just 1 more step, that will be 2 step approval.

Hi,
That can be handled in schema evaluation. For example, if total value is over 1000 USD, workflow goes to 2-steps approval.
Workflow Guide is quite technical but you can get an idea for Process-Controlled Workflow.
