Hi,
I am trying to install the new DB Studio 7.8.01.16 on my PC (XP SP3 and current MS fixes).
But Norton AV 2009 is fishing up one Executable after the other.
First it removed X_SERVER.EXE due to dangerous activities.
Next guy to be erased was sdbgloballistener.exe, at which point the installation did fail.
Any insight on behavior of other viruscheckers out there?

Hi
We have Sophos updating regularly on our company network and I have had no problems with it interfering
with the DB studio.

Hi Mark,
Do you have the new 7.8 studio version in use?
I was confused first, because the first Install failed due to my X_SERVER was active
(it belongs to my play-around-non-sap-maxdb 7.6.03 installation on this very same computer).
So I stopped the service and it continued. (Why is dbastudio replacing the X-Server?)
