where can i set up the operative indicator of WBS element? i need automatically swich on the planning element when I create WBS element of project.

Dmitry,

There are two options:-

1. Uncheck the "Planning Elements" box in Planning Profile(OPSB), this will allow you to do cost plan even the WBSE is not marked as planning element, so you dont have to worry about checking the "Planning element" indicator in WBSE.

2. Use the substitution method as suggested by Harsh.
