How MII is accessing BDCPV table and how can we reduce the performance impact on that table
Thanks in advance
Hi Varsha,
the BDCPV table (ALE: Change pointer with status) is a table inside SAP, not MII. The table is not accessed with MII, but evaluated by SAP processes.
Usually a scheduled SAP job processes the entries and executes the follow up actions, e.g. distributing changed Material Master data via IDocs. If such an IDoc interface is established between SAP and MII, then MII will receive those IDocs.
Is this a scenario you need?
