Spool Internal Error

Former Member

Hi Experts

When i am checking for logs in SM21 and for dumps in ST22 the most common error is SPOOL_INTERNAL_ERROR.

I didn't scheduled any background process but there are so many spool requests and background jobs are running automatically.

So finally system performance going down.

Can any one please suggest me.

Its a IDES system and most of the jobs are created by DDIC.

Thanks in advance

Uday

Hi Uday,

Please refer the below notes and also check if the job SAP_REORG_SPOOL has been scheduled and running correctly. You can also delete the old spools from SP01 tcode. Below notes will help you in resolving the issue.

Hi,

The spool is full.

SAP has released a note regarding this...The issue is that the spool reorg job doesnt dele teh spools...

So, what you can do is that as a temporary solution, delete the spools more than one month ago (if that is ok with the functional people etc) by using SAP report like RSPO1041 or manually in transaction SP01...

Kunal.
