Dear all,

File adapeter is not picking the files from the source directory by the PI system.

We could see that the files are available in the source system, kindly suggest me in this regard.

Thanks for the support.

Best Regards,

Piyush

In addition to all the steps mentioned above do CHECK the access given to files at FTP location.

apart from the above options you can try some of the below:

1. STOP and RESTART the channel. since some time the file chanel becomes isolated and the handshaking doesn't happen properly.

2. you should always give a "time out" in the sender channel.

3. check the folder RIGHTS, you can try making it 777 (full READ,WRITE and EXECUTE) for the time being. Later you can customize

your rights as per the requirement.

Check if PI user has Authorization to read those files. I had similar issue in one of file adapter configuration. turned out that the PI user was not part of authorization group that was allowed to read those files.

Is it NFS or FTP file adapter?

Also check if you have given correct source directory .

Also check the file name that you have given in the Communication channel and the file name you have placed in the directory.
