Dear SAP,
I have implemented the service desk. I do have an authorization question :
1. D01 is our managed system.
2. P33 is our solman system.
3. User UTEST33 is created on D01 and P33
4. User UTEST33 has the following authorizations in P33 :
SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE and Z_RFC_ACL (including S_RFC and S_RFC_ACL authorizations objects).
My problem :
1. I can create a message from D01 to P33.
2. When I am loggued on P33, I get this option :
Support Desk
My problem :
I have the following options :
- My message
- My message - status "new"
- My message - status "in process"
- My message - status ...
I do not see any message I have created in D01. Do you know why '
If I add role "SAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN", I have access to the SOLMAN_WORKCENTER, but I see my message and ALL
other messages.
My goal is :
1. I am able to create my message from D01.
2. I will be able to see my message and only my message (not all messages from my colleagues) in SOLMAN_WORKCENTER.
Which role should be added to user UTEST33 ?
Thanks in advance for your inputs.
Best regards

Hello Jansi,
First of all, thanks for your input.
I have removed CRM_TXT_ID authorization from UTEST33 user.
Now, I do not have access to any message.
Example : it works with the following setting for CRM_TXT_ID auth. object :
Activity : 02, 03
Text ID : * to *
Texs : application object : *
==> I do have Messages and Queries displayed and available.
Example : it DOES NOT work with the following setting for CRM_TXT_ID auth. object :
Activity : 03
Text ID : * to *
Texs : application object : *
==> I do have Messages but NOT Queries displayed and available.
In other terms, without CRM_TXT_ID auth. object, it does not work.
Best regards
