Exporting Prices - Performance Issue

Hi,

we have to export a pricelist of all combinations customer / material. For this we use up to now the function module sd_salesdocument_create in the test mode. But with 180,000 combinations it's not funny and takes about 8h runtime. Has anyone a idea or hint to improve the pricelist export?

Hello Geert

Did not exactly get what you mean by 'Export', are you sending the info to your customers via Idoc or as an electronic file. Please explain.

But I do have 2 suggestions for you:

1) Using price report- T Code V/LD; There are many standard reports or you may set up your own custom one.

2) Using condition interchange functionality using 'COND_A01' I Docs and Function Modules 'MASTERIDOC_CREATE_COND_A' and 'MASTERIDOC_CREATE_SMD_COND_A' and report 'RBDMIDOC'. Read about this functionality here:
