TRIP form PDF not appear

Hi experts.

I want to know, how to activate PDF form of FITP_REQUEST_FORM and PTRV_EXPENSE_FORM.

because when I click "result/simulate" on travel expense manager they bring pop-up LOGIN for Adobe Document Service logon data. but when I enter user name and password, nothing happen.

is there any relation with set up feature for TRVFR and TRVFE?

how to activate it? as i see it is active, but why PDF form doesn't appear?

it solved with ADS connection with basis team.

You have to do ADS configuration. Number of posts are there in this forum regarding this issue
