Hi,
We have a user inconsistent at level 2, when we tried to repair the user using BBP_Check_users we get a message that
User cannot be repaired because there open shopping cart.
We have checked and found there are no Open Shoping carts for this user. All shopping carts either have been converted to PO or have been deleted.
Kindly let me know what need to be done to repair the user.

I had a similar issue before, using PPOM_BBP (in change mode) remove the user form their current org unit and assign them to another org unit unsing drag and drop and save and come out of the transaction. Go back into PPOMA_BBP and reassign the user back to their original org unit. This might fix the org inconsistencies.

What kind of inconsistencies are reported for this user. If its org structure objects inconsistency, try to re-establish the relationship between User and CP, CP and Position, Position and Org Unit, by dragging the respective elements and dropping on the higher level element
Try using PPOME for this purpose
