Changes in the Screen in SRM 7.0 -UI

Hi SRM gurus,

We have upgraded from SRM 3.0 to SRM 7.0.

In the SRM 7.0 new U/I. As per client requirement ,I have some requirement like

1)Hide some FIELDS

2) Hide some TABS

3) Add custom fileds

4) some fields to be made into DISPLAY

in the following screen for all the USERS.

1. Shopping cart

2.Purchase order

3.Contract

How to achieve this.

I have checked in SDN I am not getting any clue.

Hi,

1) Hide some FIELDS -> IMG: Extension and Field Control (Personalization)

2) Hide some TABS -> SE80: WebDynpro Configuration

3) Add custom fileds -> IMG: Extension and Field Control (Personalization)

4) some fields to be made into DISPLAY -> IMG: Extension and Field Control (Personalization)

Hi Masa,

I have performed some activites regarding hiding of fields and tabs

1)Hide some FIELDS -> IMG: Extension and Field Control (Personalization)

2) Hide some TABS -> SE80: WebDynpro Configuration

in some areas and it is working but for the webdynpro component FPM_OIF_COMPONENT

we are not getting the layout in SE80.

for Example: I want change the SAVE button in Shopping cart screen to HOLD and remove some button.

How to achieve this

Hi,

Please check Component Configuration section in SE80.

Other option is "Control Actions" configuration under "Extension and Field Control (Personalization)" in IMG.

Hi Ganesh,

If you want to hide some fields/add new you can do that in two ways

By enhancing/changing Web dynpro configuration / or

in SPRO - SAP SRM - SRM server - cross-application basic settings - extensions and field control.

Explore these two options and find out the best which suits to your requirement best.
