Questions on installation of a jdbc driver for DB2

Hi

We are trying to deploy the *jar file for DB2 jdbc drivers jt100.jar onto our XI box ( XI 3.0 SP23 ) . Our basis team had this question - regarding the installation :

On our unix OS ( AIX ) What is the zip program that can be used to extract provider.xml file ( as per instructions given , this xml file had to be extracted from the *sda file ) from the aii_af_jmsproviderlib.sda file ? Any specific zip utility available for the Unix OS to extract files from the aii_af_jmsproviderlib.sda file and after modification of the specific files putting it back to the *sda ?

Please share previous experiences in doing this .
