DC copy and check in into track

Hi,

I want to copy a modified ess DC of which i have the _comp folder.

I have a track where I can download the standard DC.

I want to check-out the standard DC from the track and replace it with the modified code and check in.

Is is possible? Is there any way to copy the _comp folder and check in all the files at one go?
