In RCA work center. All Common Tasks links return invalid pages

Hello,

I have noticed that the pages in the Common Tasks menu all return wrong pages.

They even point to a wrong port in the URL...

Once i am in the Root Cause Analysis tab, i click on Agent Administration for instance; this opens a browser; that tries to connect to:

http://<host>:8100/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc_smdnavigation/Standal

Already wrong info here : the ICM port for my solman should be 8000. (info from the SMICM HTTP service).

The 8100 is the MS HTTP port...

Obviously this doesn't return anything but an error.

Do you know what could be the cause of this ?

Dear Aiden,

I hope you are talking about parameter icm/server_port_0 for icm.

Please check the value for this parameter.

Hi,

If you are speaking of the HTTP port info then yes it is the icm/server_port_0 parameter (actual value: PROT=HTTP,PORT=8000)
