IDOC is struck due to tax jurisdiction code not maintained

Hi All,

i am getting error to process IDOC (status 51) as

Tax jurisdiction code was not maintained, i check in customer master it was maintained, can anyone suggest me where can i check for this.

Hi Suresh,

Even though tax jurisdiction code is maintained at Customer master level some times the code may not be equal to the city. If you are working US client check in USPS.com website,where you can get the exact city and jurisdiction code,and maintain the same in the address data of the customer. That will process the IDOC further.
