creating batch and batch split in delivery

hello ,

When i create return delivery ( VL01N ) , I want to create new batch and for some material i want to use batch split.

This batches will be created automatically.

how can i create batch split automatically ? do you suggest any exit ?

Hi,

I have the same problem. I want to create new batch when I create return with (VL01N). How can I do this? Because now the system offer me with the Fifo strategy for normal issued items.

Hi

Batch split is generally when you want to deliver one material from two or more batches. On what basis would the system determine that it has to do batch split? Without any rules there is nothing that the system can do about it.
