Delete Product Change Documents in APO

Hello APO Gurus,

We have activated the product change documents in the APO, they can be seen through transaction /SAPAPO/PROD_CD_READ.

In the daily planning runs through macros, we change the product master data (for many materials) of one or few fields. It thus gives lots of change documents, which may effect the performance.

Is there any way to delete those product change documents periodically (e.g. last thirty days). Please note we dont want to deactivate this functionality.

Any of your help will be highly regarded.

Use the report RSCDOK99 to delete the change doc .

Hi Mukesh,

You can use the program as Nanda suggested.

Please ensure that before you use this delete program, check whether

if would be better to archive the data and then delete the data. Once you

have deleted data with this program, you can no longer read the data.

If you archive the data, you can still read the archive.
