Hi All,
Is it possible to change the thresholds for EWA report in solution manager??
Regards,
Neni
Dear Neni,
Unfortunately it is not possible to customize the EWA and set your own reference values, as this is an automated tool.
Please note that those reference values are based on SAPs experience with thousands of installations, and are being reviewed and updated constantly.
Plesase refer to the thread posted above or further details, I jsutr worte a detailed reply there.
With kind regards,
Marta

Hi,
The EWA/SLR adjusts its reported KPIs according to the product it
detects. See SAP Note 721643 for a list of KPIs/Products.
According to this, the SLR follows the EWA and stops collecting the
R/3 related KPIs. They will stay in the report until they run out of
the reported time frame of 12 months. There is no way to delete these
manually in an easy way without loosing all other KPI histories as well.
As reported in the note 721643, the missing KPI's cannot be collected
anymore.
Next level support have provided the following information about getting
this information:
There is something similar using the Central Performance History (CPH)
from CCMS. Customer could collect the Dialog Reponse Times per instance
but there is no node in CCMS for the complete System.
It is not exactly like KPIs, but it is the only possibility we can offer
you. I have attached a screenshot of and example so that you can check.
For details about setting up CPH wihtin SLR please see following note:
872569- Central Performance History and SL Reporting
Hope this helps.
Cheers
SH

Dear 21101982 ,
I think you have to setup SLR in order to have your own KPI's reported. as far as I know I never heard we can change KPI values in EWA as its a standard report for all customers.
You can try to setup SLR just go to below link and you will find all the details required.
Revert for any queries.
