I wish to know the Pros and Cons of using either SAP Interaction center or Enterprose portal.

Portal is A common, unified framework for content (for example, roles and MiniApps) in which the content can be put together and personalized any number of times. In the portal, all roles that should be used together for navigation and considered by a user as belonging together are visible.
Interaction Center WebClient (CRM-IC)
It is part of CRM. A customer service department within a company whose agents use various channels to handle inbound contacts, such as customer concerns, as well as outbound contacts, such as campaigns
Interaction Center WinClient (CRM-CIC)
Element of the graphical user interface (GUI) in the Interaction Center. This element contains buttons with shortcuts to telephony functions in the Interaction Center (IC).
