No workitem found & going to approver for SC workflow

Hi all,

We are using Item level approval workflow and it is working fine in our development box.

Now today I have moved it Q box. I can c correct approval preview and all everything fine but no workitem is going to approver for approval. I check in SWI1 and there i can see the correct agent.

I am not able to identify why workitem is not going to approvers inbox ( not even in SAP business workplace ).

Please help me urgently.....

Hi,

Have you validated in SRPO that the appropriate Roles and/or Users have been added to the appropriate workflow tasks? What you are describing (approver is Visible in the Approval Preview but not in their inbox) is common when a user is listed in the workflow but their role and/or user name is not mapped to the workflow task.

I got the problem and solution as well.

Actually what happened we copied all user from our D box to q box and hence WF-BATCH also got copied which should not as when we do configuration for WF in SPRO WF-BATCH gets created itself and as it was already there so we had error in RFC connection of WF-BATCH.

We deleted the WF-BATCH user and again did the config for WF.

This is really unexpected and so I have given the sol so others can refere it
