Dear shukla ji,
You can update the Pricing Condition in Billing Document if Document is not released to Accounting.
Need some config Requirement as follows,COPY CONTROL in Tcode: VTFA from Sales Document to
Billing Document at Item level for Field Pricing Type as B and then Follow following way to update
the same GOTO > HEADER > PRICING CONDITION HEADER > UPDATE

Hi,
It is not possible to delete a condition type and its value, once the subsequent document is created for a sales order. This should not be done also. The invoice could have been posted in accounting and hence no such deletions should be tried now.
If you really want that amount not to be charged, you can create a credit memo with the same condition type and value. This will issue a credit to the customer and thus nullify the invoice amount by the amount of the credit memo.
If you want to charge extra, you can create a debit memo with the same condition type and value.

Hi,
After billing is done no changes can be done to item or header of sales doc, it can be done if u cancel th billing doc using vf02.
once the further documents have been created you can not change the preceeding ones.
hope this helps !!!!
Thanks,
Saurav
