Planning Area Initialization and TVARVC

Hi All,

I am trying to set up an automatic initialization of the planning area through the program /SAPAPO/TS_PAREA_INITIALIZE. More specifically, I am using the Selection Variable (T) TVARV for the Start and End Date. The TVARV refers to a variant that is using a dynamic date calculation. However, the limitation of this the dynamic date calculation is 999 days. We want to have more than 999 days of history in livecache and if we are using TVARVC logic to extend this, it appears that we are limited to this number. Does anyone have any idea of how to automate extending liveCache beyond 999 days?.

Hi

Go to variant- field name Start/End Date  selection variable as D- than select variable as (Beginning of mth-xx months, end of mth+yy months).

This will help you to give max number month as end date for example 60 months i.e.1800 day in future and the same logic can also use for the start date.
