Serial Number Handling in Repairs Processing - do not work

Hello

I include the serial number field (VBAP-ANZSN) in the incompletion procedure for the relevant item category

When i receive the serviceable materials from the customer, i record the serial numbers in the returns delivery item.

But the serial number is not copied into the repair item.

What do i wrong?

HI

You need to activate the serial no profile to that material in material master:Sales-General /plant-General plant parameters
