While creating the new document or Folder in Easy DMS getting the Error

Hi,

While creating the new document or Folder in Easy DMS getting the Error "Class type 017, Class ZEHS_MS does not exist ".

While If I create the document or folder in R/3 , I am not facing such kind of Error.

So please guide us..

Hi,

Kindly check the function module EASYDMS_CHARACTER_DETAILS is available or not. If you are using SP02 vesions. It's required and new version it's not required.

Whar version of easyDMS are you currently using? This does occur sometimes wherein after upgrading to SAP ECC 6.0 with EHP 4 a problem could appear in combination with using Easy DMS 6.0. After resetting the RFC cache the error message "Class Type <type> Class <class> does not exist" is raised and the user are not able to create new document info records.

Please implement the note: 945599 or upgrade to EasyDMS 7.0 with the latest available support package.
