Hi everybody:
I have a sever with* Windows Server 2003 64bits*. And I want to install the most recent package of SAP NW CE 7.2. So I download from the Marketplace all the files of the instalation: NW CE 7.2 Windows IA64, x64 Inst.master, Kernel (4 files), NW CE 7.2 Application, Dev. WP 32bit (7 files), DB2 LUW 9.7 FP2SAP RDBMS Windows x64 and DB2 LUW 9.7 FP2SAP RDBMS Client.
Then I uncompressed all the files and I executed the sapinst.exe from CE720_IM_WINDOWS_X86_64_DB2 folder. Once the installation is in progress, the program asks for the package RDBMS Client IBM DB2 9 for z/OS. I browsed the file LABEL.ASC in the folder DB2 LUW 9.7 FP2SAP RDBMS Client but it didn't work.
The instalations displays a Error Mssages like this.
"You entered: E:\51039451_rdbms\LABEL.ASC Found the label DB2/LUW:V9.7 FP2SAP:CLI/JDBC-DRIVER:DB2/LUW:CD51039451 but need the label SAP:RDBMS-Client:9.1:DB2CONNECT:DB2 Connect for zSeries:"*
Does anybody know about this messages? How can I do to fix the problem or to find the correct package??
The problem is that there was not enough space in Disk.

Hello
i am having the exact same isse trying to install 7.2 for DB2.
The GUI is asking me for RDBMS Client IBM DB2 9 for z/OS .
I am providing the path to the right file (componant 51039450) that i downloaded from the same branch as the install files.
And i get the same error :
You entered: D:\Share\51039451
Found the label DB2/LUW:V9.7 FP2SAP:CLI/JDBC-DRIVER:DB2/LUW:CD51039450 but need the label SAP:RDBMS-Client:9.1:DB2CONNECT:DB2 Connect for zSeries:*

Hi again,
I'm sorry, I don't know exactly what is happening.
However, I suggest you to open a new message in the Java installations forum, as your error does not seem to be DB2 related now. Maybe more people who are experts in the Java stack can help you there.
Regards
Francisco

Hi again,
Could you please check file C:Program Filessapinst_instdirNW72INSTALLNW72DB2STDsapinst_dev.log?
In the last lines you would probably find a more detailed error text, that you could post here so we can get more information to help.
The error text, at first sight, seems to be related to some problem with the installation directory, but we need more info to analyze the problem
Thanks and Regards
Francisco

Hope this can help
Hi,
Actually the installation is requesting the db2connect client for Z/OS, that you won't find in the DB2 LUW RDMS DVD.
Have you searched for the DB2 client DVD?

I selected the correct file and the installer goes on but then it shows another error. Can you help me?
