Strange behaviour: data additional B in header cause sales order not saved

Hello,

I've an issue when I created a sales orders.

The situation is following:

In program SAPMV45A, 8309 Sales Document Header User Exit Header is implemented. Twelve ZZ fields are appended to vbak table. No constraint or validation code in PAI/PBO module.

When I saved a sales order in VA01 with some of the fields additional data B filled (1 or 2), the order is created with a number in database. "Sales order XXX created"

When I saved a sales order in VA01 with more of the fields additional data B filled (6, for example), the va01 transaction finishes with message v1311 "Sales order created". No number XXX is generated and the orders is not saved in vbak.

sm13 is empty.

System: ECC 6.0

Please, any help or ideas?

Hi..

I guess this strange behaviour is caused by a particular thats filled on additional data B than the number of fields. I dont think the system would allow one or two fields and dont cause an error but would do so when more fields are there. Please elliminate the filed causing error by checking to fill data in the fields one by one.
