Hi All,

I have a issue-

While creating sales order, i have entered 10 materials.i want 11th material shouldn't come in the sales order.i want to restrict the 11th material onwards.how to do it.

You can try with sale order user exits in the program MV45AFZZ - USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE

But my queastion is is there any control in item category? or only we have to called the user-exit only?

For sale order, there is no control in standard but the same is available for billing. For sale order, you have to go with exit only.

Depending on your business scenario you could use a rejection reason or a delivery block.
