sampling scheme step by step

Hi QM guru

I want at the time of result recording there should be come sampling quantity according to the sample plan. And will write value of all sample quantity .

Example 100 u2013 200 lot qty..sample size 8 if 1 is defected then lots will be rejected. and at the time of result recoding I will write individual value of 8 sample.

There are both Qualitative and Quantitative ,MIC.

Kindly suggest me how will create sampling procedure and sampling scheme and MIC for both qualitative and quantitative for my requirements

This is table sample size according to lot size.

Lot Size -Sample size -Acc. -Rej.

2 u2013 8 -2 -0 -1

9 u2013 15 -2 -0 -1

16 - 25 -3 -0 -1

kindly suggest me step by step

Hi,

Use below steps create

0 to 8 nos sample size should be 2 and if any one rejected the whole lot should be rejected ?

Step 1)

Then maintain below master data for your inspection plan

Create Sampling Scheme QDP1

> activate atr inspn indicator

> Select 004 Normal Inspection

> enter in first column lot qty 8, then sample qty 2,

> C1 column enter 1 and in D1 column 2 nos

similar to this create all lot sizes

Step 2)

Create Sampling procedure QDV1

> In sampling type select "Use sampling scheme"

> Assign above created sampling scheme
