Error message after executing tcode CJEN

Hello ,

I had executed the T-code CJEN so as to remove the commitment cost ,

When I execute the S_ALR_87013558 Report am getting the error "No costs, revenues or finances were selected

Message no. OK602"where in Budget was allocated again the wbs

Kindly let me know why exactly am getting this error .

Jsut check is cost / revenue / budget exisit in some other report and not being displyed in this perticualr report. You can refer note. 441160 / 368211.

I´m a bit confused...you use CJEN to remove commitment? CJEN is intended to reconstruct the Project Information database. It will indeed not delete any commitment posted to a WBS unless inconsistent.

You can check the corresponding line item reports (CJI3, CJI5 and CJI8) to make sure if there is anything posted.

Also, check the CO Area being used is the correct one at the time of executing S_ALR_87013558.
