FNBL status

Hi All,

We are not using FNBL status of the project and some users are mistenly setting FNBL status to WBS. this is causing some reporting issue.

we would like disable FNBL status,so that user cannt't use FNBL.any ideas,how can we disable FNBL status?

FNBL means Final Billing. ( You need to forbid "activate final billing doc" busienss transaction ) You can use user staus to control this kind of requirement. Serach in forum you will get required information about it.

Yes. Nitin is correct. Make use of the User Status functionality and provide the authorization to set this user status to the concerned user. Define a user status in such a way that it forbids setting of the FNBL status.

Do search the forum. You will definitely find the required solution.
