HOW TO SEND QUOTATION BY EMAIL TO OTHER PARTNER

Dear All,

I am having a requirement where i need to send the quotation to employee responsible instead of Sold to party by email.

I had configured with external send and with partner function. quotation has additional partner function employee responsible who creates the quotation. Sales employee is created properly .. Email address also mentioned in employee master record ( VPE1) still it is not picking this email id.. system checks only customer master record for email id.

Kindly give some idea how to achive this..

is there any way where we can mention email id manually

hi simran,

As ur abapers to create a program to send the output through mail option they will link it to the smpt server and that inturn will trigger the email to be sent to the customer.
