Organization structure design

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement of creating 2 company codes and each company will have a correponding plant assigned to it.

We have only one Purchase Organisation and one Purchasing Group.

Please let me know how can we set up the org structure in SRM such that one purchasng org and purchasing group is responsible for both the company codes.

I have set up this in SAP MM but not very sure how this can be dne in SRM.

Hi

Set up your two Company Org Units in SRM org structure

Then Set up One purchase organization(pointing to your ecc system) org Unit in SRM org structure

Then create an SRM organization for Purchase Group under the above purchase organization.

In the Org responsibility of this purchase group, assign both the org units representing Company Codes in your SRM org structure.
