Hi,
Is it possible that system could change user status of level 1 WBS automatically once user status of all subordinate WBS is changed?
Ex. WBS 1 - Level 1
WBS 1.1 - Level 2
WBS 1.2 - Level 2
After work is done then, user status ZSTAT is updated on WBS 1.2
Then, User status ZSTAT is updated on WBS 1.1
As soon as User status is updated on WBS 1.1 then it should also set automatically on WBS 1(i.e level 1).
Please suggest.
Thanks !!
Aby
I think you can pass the user status only from higher level WBSE to its subordinate WBSE, but not the other way. If you want to achieve that then you have to go for development.

As sugested it is not possible to pass on user staus on higher level WBS by SAP std. you need to go for development.

Hi Aby,
User-status is the hierarchy-independant. It can only influence the involved object itself. Please notice, that the functionality of user-status is actually a basis functionality rather than the PS functionality.
Please try with subsitution (Customizing Maintain Substitutions) or check, if there is any user-exits, you can implement such logic.
Kind regards,
Zhenbo
