There are two developments for workflow in DMS, in which external mail needs to be triggered for the respective SAP users.
So whenever the Document is changed through the CV02N transaction for certain conditions Mail is sent to the Recipient.
Now Workflow log shows that the task is successful. If we check the Transaction SOST, it shows, "Awaiting for Communication Service".
can u tell me how to check whether the Communication services and the other settings for sending mail to external mail address are configured or not?
