the detection of short dump in the Solution Manager

Hi,

In my project, Batch are processing every night In the CRM system.

IF any error was occurred, alert email will be sent by the system, however,

when the "short dump" was occurred unexpectedly,the system can't detect it and email was not able to be sent.

Therefore I want to detect the "short dump" in the "Solution Manager".

Who can tell me that Is there any standard service/function which can handle this in the "Solution Manager" ?

Absolutely. I did this with Solution Manager's "Business Process Monitoring". Look in http://service.sap.com/rkt-solman in the section, "Operations with SAP Solution Manager".

I checked the "http://service.sap.com/rkt-solman" and found the section "Operations with SAP Solution Manager"

but the infomations of the Solution Manager's "Business Process Monitoring" are not found.

I have tried to search something about the configurlations of the "Business Process Monitoring" online ,

but can't found anything.

Would you tell me about the configurlations of that practically ?

When I select SolMan 7.0 EhP 1 in RKT, the third section under operations is called, "Monitoring of Mission-critical Processes: Business Process Monitoring and Business Process Operations". It includes a setup guide.
