No address found for partner function type Ship-To Address

Hi All

We are attempting upgrade to SRM7 SP7 (from SRM 4 SP13) and one of functionality we are migrating is Bidding.

In Bidding we are pushing a PR from ECC to SRM but its failing with "No address found for partner function type Ship-To Address"

The User used to transfer PR is consistent and does have ADDR_SHIPT.

I have ran report BBP_CHECK_CONSISTENCY and it looks good.

But still running into above issue.

Any advice?

Issue caused due to changes made to user in BP instead of BBPMAININT...wrote a custom program to find such users and then manually fixed them.

you may implement this note in ECC

Note 1270535 - ShipToLocation address empty in RFQRequestSUITERequest

The adress data within node ShipToLocation in XML Interface RFQRequestSUITERequest_Out are empty.

The delivery address data of the referenced Purchase Requisition item shall be used to populate the address data of node ShipToLocation.

Yes all PRs to RFx are failing.

It works fine in SRM 4.0

So trying to find any clue/tips to fix this in SRM 7 SP7

you might be using PI to transfer PR to create a Bid inviatation?

SAP Note 1270081 has troubleshooting tips for ESOA services in SAP SRM

Are you geting this error in ECC ,PI,SRM ?

In bid invitation any fields on ship to address ? IN THE PARTNER DATA

Atleast RFx created with held status or not?

4. Search and Select the Purchase Requisitions created in Step 1 and select u2018Start

5. Select the PR and Create RFx.

6. Publish the RFx after entering all the mandatory fields.
