Hello,

I got a problem. The system gives me that Message When Im trying to transport to PRD inside a Track. I mean when I try to import, it shows me This Error.

u201CCannot log in. There are already active sessions:u201D

This Message came in the Deploy, but restarting the SDM I could fix it.

But the first One doesnu2019t have the same solution.

Please, help me; tell me what to do,

Hi,

This error would come if some deployment is already going on in your portal server. If the error still coming you can try the same process again after restarting the NWDI server and production portal server as well. plan for downtime in restarting production portal.

Hi Lewonardo,

We have faced the same issue earlier. If you are using your ID to connect to NWDI from NWDS and NWDI administrator. then you will get this message. please logout from NWDS and then try to do your acitvty from NWDI administrator. Hope it will works for you.

The meaning of this error message is that there's a running RemoteGUI process started by someone. Not necessarily by you, perhaps by a colleague of yours. Try to get rid of this process, and then the deployment will work. I don't know of any other reason of this error only if the RemoteGUI still runs accidentally.
