Hello,
I am trying to include an ERP2005 system into an exisiting SLD. Due to some reason, I am facing the following error, while running the transaction RZ70:
RFC call failed: JCO.Server could not find server function 'SET_SLD_DATA'
When I tested the SM59 - RFC connection for SLD_NUC, its is working fine with out any errors.
I have read all the messages posted in the SDN and no luck with any of the solution.
I really appreciate your response.
Thank you,
Nikee
I know this is an old post. But in case someone is searching.
Solution: Delete both TCP/IP RFCs SLD_NUC and SLD_UC and rerun RZ70. The tcode will generate new RFCs and this will fix the error.

Hi Nikee,
Advanced, the I know this error is old, but I had the same problem and I can't see the aswer.
Try exclude the RFC SAPSLDAPI and do that:
RZ70 -> Standard RFC Destination
Execute again
This process create SLD_UC.

Nikee,
I had the same problem. The way I fixed it was to make sure the SLD_UC and SLD_NUC are NOT defined anywhere in the VA. These two processes are created implicitly and should not be defined. Remove them from anywhere they appear in the VA, and recycle the gateway. You should then see that each program is registered twice in the SLD gateway and RZ70 should work.

Casey

I have the same problem. ERP2005 system to SLD. Via RZ70 I run "start data collector without job scheduling" and get:

hello all:)
I have the same problem, with this SET_SLD_DATA. I think You have seen my post with the "FM, strange behaviour".
So the 1. that You have advised did not help in my case. Both SLD_UC and SLD_NUC have been already maintained there, and still rz70 says either:
1) success
or
2) fail
So the function SET_SLD_DATA is maintained somewhere in Web AS, and the SLD_NUC/SLD_UC does not see it(on only sometimes). The question ist, what one has to do to make the SET_SLD_DATA visible:)
Can you advise which steps you have tried?
