SC attachment

User created one SC and attached one document along with SC. She got the approval from her manager. Now she wants to open the attached document but unable to open it......When user wants to open the document it is asking for UsedID and PWD again and again....

Can anyone clarify it is happening? Attribute settings are fine....

Would be glad to see your views on this....

In tr:SICF, did you maintain SSO or user ID and pw correctly for attachment service? ebp->docserver in sicf

Note: 653099 for attachment type , excel. Recommended to have a look as well.

are you in single sign on waht atype of docuemnt it was word excel for all docuemnt

Muthu, approver does not have problem in opening the cart here....

Seems creator is facing this issue after SC is approved

Yes requester or admin or approver should abale to open an attachment any time.

is it for all carts or only some docuemnt or single sig on issue?
