Creating a SDTM (Test Message)

We are using the change management work centre.

Is there a more direct way to create a test message (SDTM) than to go through this route?

Inside a change document go through the menu as follows;

create create transaction menu button

Service process

...

Test message

To me it seems very long winded .

I know that if I select the SDJM from CRM_DNO_MONITOR I can then directly press a button to create a test message, so why is this button not available in the screen used from inside the workcenter, or can I make it available?

Hi Marina,

You dont need to use it anymore if you are already using SDMJ nc type

With SDMJ this is no longer required as you have the option of Test Transport in the SDMJ trans type

moreover TM were used when you have SDMI trans type
