ccms showing old data

Hi All,

In my ECC 6 system CCMS showing data of 20.09.2010 while it is 23rd today..

I checked SAPOSCOL is running.Please suggest what could be possible reason of the issue.

I also checked the job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR and it is giving error:

In ST06 I find:

cannot get OS Log information for

nwdvc00_CD0_01

error message:Invalid Parameter

Please check your Saposcol and your CCMS Agents

Hi,

Where exactly you are seeing data only of 09/20?

To check if saposcol is collect information you can call from operation system side the command "saposcol -m"

In all sections (CPU,DIsk, File System, memory, etc) you must get some data. If there is no data, the saposcol is not able to collect information in the system.

We checked and found that " database system not supported" is not the root cause of the issue as in our QAS system also we are getting this warning but CCMS is running fine in it and we are facing this issue in DEV and PRD.
