Restrict the objects under define new query in POWL

Dear Experts,

I have a requirement wherein I need to remove the below objects under define new query for the shop screen.

Team shopping carts

Invoice/Credit Memo

Confirmation for team carts

Please note that I have defined the POWL queries for role level and it is working correctly. The users are able to see only those queries that are maintained for their roles, but under the link "Define new queries" they can see the objects that are not considered under their roles.

Kindly advice on how to remove those objects from the "Define New Query" link.

Hi Vishal,

Check the authorization profiel for the user object CA_POWL, the application ID there would be SAPSRM_E_CHECKSTATUS.

May be if you created your Z application id then try adding that application ID .That application ID determines the object available so that could be the place you should be looking at. I have also not done this but that might help you.
