Add item from SC in RFx & in Contact

Under IMG>SRM>SRM Server>RFx>Valuation>Add Items from Shopping cart,

We see 2 indicators,

- Add item from SC in RFx &

- Add items from SC in Contract

We want to try it out for checking the exact behavioru2026 Whether anybody tried these?

The question is u201Cwhether these indicators are reversible?u201D so that if we didn't want this feature, we can go back to the normal...

Hi, 

We're working with SRM 702 and we also need this functionality: adding SC to an existing RFX.

But when checking the IMG I couldn't find this option "Add Items from Shopping cart"

Can you please help me with that.

To enable this functionality please do the following:

Transaction: SM30
Table/View: /SAPSRM/T_ADD_SC
Click on "Maintain"
Enable: "Add item from SC in RFx"

This IMG step is a PPS functionality. Once activated (checked), you have a couple of additional menu items on the item level's "Add Line" drop down for RFx and/or Contract process where you can add items from SCs that are approved but not yet have follow-on document created (still sourcing relevant). It can be reversed. Once deactivated (unchecked), those buttons would disappear from the item screen.
