Release management in solution manager for transportalbe objects

Hello SAP Gurus,

I m working on the Code merge strategy ( Release management) of SAP Cross environment.

let me give you and example before i put up a question:

there is one environment A and there is another environment B. These both environment have their seperate dev and testing envriornment but common production.

Environment A is live , while Environment B is in the development phase.

there is a situation where one object is being worked upon in environment B of DEV and while its already in the production system via Enviornment A.

is there any mechanism in solution manager, which can identify what transports are having conflicts against the common objects. so i can communicate to rest of the tech or functional team lead.

any suggestion for this code merging would also be beneficial

yes answer exists in the form of CSOL or Cross System object lock

it monitor your all the development system and if there is a conflict upon saving the message is popped for the developer specifying the lock and the detail like prev dev etc
