Hi Gurus,
We are going for SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 ,mostly with Classic scenarion along with MM-SUS scenarion.
PO created through 'Process Purchse Order' transaction in SRM ,will be created as Extended Classic PO,although it is for indirect materails .okay.
Can anyone please suggest me that whether , can we convert these ECS PO into classic PO any how with some enhancment....etc ,so that will be ediatable in MM module and able to send to SUS via MM-SUS scenarion?
Thank you
Regards
NAP

Hey NAP
You are good if you implement the consulting note to trigger output from ECC instead of SRM. SUS will treat this PO as if its an ECC PO of MM-SUS Scenario giving you options of Confirmations, SES, ASN , Invoice etc.
I have used this solution and it works perfect. You wont have any problem....

Thanks Buddy .
Can you suggest me the Note Number please ?
Sorry !i think that topic is slightly diverting .
I want typical ECS PO that created in SRM in "Process PO" tranasaction to send SUS in MM-SUS deployment as well as I want to take the Printouts of these PO in SRM itself ? R u talking exactly about same ?

Process PO will be used for handling the Purchase Order and editing the order in SRM. THis order goes as a change PO in ECC. THis change will trigger an output of this PO to SUS from MM.
I am not too sure about print facility using Print button in PO in SRM, For that you may need development. If I think technically, then Print button should give you pdf output if you ve assigned the respective forms to Purchase Order output determination in SRM. It will not be sent to vendor from SRM because the class for triggering output is disabled as per the above OSS Note.

Hi Narendra,
If you want to Edit PO in the ECC system , then why are'nt you going for Classic scenario.
may be you want to create PO directly and not from shopping cart but that is small business process reorganiation that any Po must be created from SC. After all the end result is going to PO , doesnot matter if you create it form shopping cart describe requirement or directly through Process PO.
However i am sure there will still be ways available to edit PO in ECC for ECS by modifying some field in when transferring PO to ECC.
Thanks
