Error in extractor for Change Analysis

Hi experts,

I have already set up Root Cause Analysis in SAP Solution Manager and I am facing an error with a Chage Analyssis extractor.

Solution Manager 7.0 Ehp 1 SPS24

Managed System where error is: DES - ECC 6.0 (Implemented part of EhP1)

SAP_ABA 701 0006

SAP_BASIS 701 0006

PI_BASIS 701 0006

ST-PI 2008_1_700 0002

SAP_BS_FND 701 0006

SAP_BW 701 0006

SAP_AP 700 0020

WEBCUIF 700 0006

.....

ST-A/PI 01M_ECC600 0000

When I run "Extractor FWK Administration" from Root Cause Analysis workcenter and I go to managed system DES:

In Extractors

CHANGE ANALYSIS SAP BASIS 7.01 E2E_CCDB_TO_CUBE ......

If I mark this row and I select log I could see the following error:

E2E_CCDB_TO_CUBE - COMPV NOT FOUND IN LANDSCAPE-API FOR LONG_SID INSTALL_NUMBER

And If I go to Log Details

Postdataloader E 8 E2E_CCDB_TO_CUBE - COMPV NOT FOUND IN LANDSCAPE-API FOR LONG_SID INSTALL_NUMBER

Extractor E 8 COMPV NOT FOUND IN LANDSCAPE-API FOR LONG_SID INSTALL_NUMBER

I have been surfing on internet but no clue what to do.

Go to http://service.sap.com/diagnostics => Media Library... => SAP Solution Manager Landscape Setup Guide =>

Check page 17, chapter 4.4 SAP ERP 6.0 / EhPx for SAP ERP 6.0

Follow the instructions and reply the results.

I had already opened a message to SAP and you were right.

I changed Product Instances and worked fine!!!
