Where do I post a question in forums screen
Eric,
Depending on what area your question is you can post your question to the relevant forum.
for eg : If it is a purchasing related question post in MM forum
If it an production related question post in PP forum.

Simple, navigate to the appropriate forum for your question and choose "post new thread".
Please invest a little more effort into phrasing the question than you did here, I recommend you read and understand these documents before unleashing the first one:

can some one reply to the question How/Where can I post a question. Downloaded sap nw 7.01sr1 abap developer version part1 and part2 .rar files tried to extract files using win zip trial version. It didn't work out. Please answer.
